The diagnosis of motives entry into the talent pool

Abstract

In today’s HR-community an idea of management talented employees through the formation and development of the talent pool is gaining popularity. At the same time the head of the motives are not always clear entry staff in the personnel reserve and control mechanisms of the initiative. In this article the author examines the motives of the entry of employees into the talent pool, as well as analyze the effectiveness of their activity in the absence of funding and promoting the example VSUES.
